Yes. Plan-Ed is a website application, meaning it will work on PC, Apple or Android phone, tablets or even consoles that allow access to web pages. It's been built 'mobile-first', meaning it will look and function great on a small screen, as well as a large PC monitor. You can even 'install' the application to your device so you have a quick link to open Plan-Ed like any other app.

It works for any age. Because it's a "Content-Agnostic" planner (meaning you create and manage your own subjects), it works just as well for a 5-year-old doing "Phonics & Mud Kitchen" as it does for a 16-year-old tracking "GCSE Physics."

Absolutely. We don't sell data, we don't have ads, and we don't have public profiles. Your family's data is encrypted and visible only to you. We built this as parents who care about privacy just as much as you do.

We recommend if you have been asked to provide a Home Education progress report for your Local Authority, that you write that in your own voice as Parents or Carers. Plan-Ed does have a comprehensive report you can generate which will show you a more detailed history of your learning per subject over a longer time period, which you can then use to prompt the feedback to the Local Authority, but we do not provide any structured templated report you should send to the Authority as learning evidence without significant input from you.

Not at all. We designed Plan-Ed to be simple to use for busy parents, no matter your technical knowledge. If you can use Facebook or send an email, you can run your entire home education from here.

Yes. We know that Home Education is often a team effort, sometimes across different homes. Plan-Ed allows you to add multiple adults to a single family account. Each person gets their own secure login, so you can share the load without sharing your password.

We would love you to, but not quite yet. We are selecting families from the Waiting List to be our first wave of Plan-Ed users and hope to fully launch in Spring 2026

We haven't set a final price yet because we are focused on building features, not billing systems. We know Home Education costs can mount, but we want to be fair and affordable to the families using the system. We will announce pricing with our roll out plans in Spring 2026.

Right now, we are are focusing on the UK launch ahead of considerations for a wider international rollout over the next 12 months.
